Sizes are not available for children, but this size may fit a large child. A size forty-eight for men fits a twelve inch foot. This is equivalent to a size fifteen in U. S. Sizes. The proper size shoe will not scrunch the toes. The toes should stay inside the toe pockets when the toes are wiggled.
